The Plymouth Street Condominiums are a factory conversion project of two Landmark buildings, the last of their kind. The adaptive reuse project consisted of two paint can factories - built in 1891 and 1921 respectively - and two new-build penthouse additions.

Of the 46 units in the building, 23 have unique floorplans. Each of the 5 penthouses and lower level Garden unit have their own private outdoor spaces. Each of the three Townhouses with street access have the potential for home occupancy written into the offering plan, a nod to the mixed-use urban fabric of Dumbo.
