Design Associate through Design Development and Construction Administration of Phase I mixed-use tower
“One developer wants to build ‘the most sustainable block in Downtown Brooklyn’ ” - Curbed NY



Having joined the project after a successful ULURP - my responsibilities included architectural design and development of all residential floors in this mixed-use high-end rental and class A office tower. 

The Phase I tower of this full-block development comprises of 250+ rental units and will be the tallest all-electric building in the borough.
